Please read these terms carefully before using our AI content generation service.

4Posts helps you generate and publish Telegram content using AI. You can draft posts from a topic or URL, edit them, upload media, and publish immediately or on a schedule to your Telegram channel via your own bot token.
By accessing or using 4Posts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Login is via email verification codes or Google OAuth.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you connect Telegram, you provide a chat ID and your bot token. Your bot token is stored encrypted and never returned via API responses.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful business and personal purposes, including:
- Generating content for Telegram channels and social networks
- Creating marketing and promotional materials
- Producing educational and informational publications
- Using generated content for commercial purposes
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate harmful, unlawful, or hateful content
- Create misleading or fraudulent information
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Engage in spam, harassment, or abuse
- Reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or circumvent rate limits
4Posts uses third-party AI models to generate and edit content. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and ensuring legal compliance of content before publishing.
When generating content, we send your prompts, optional source text extracted from provided URLs, and optional images to the AI provider to fulfill your request.
Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service.
Service Technology
Our AI models, algorithms, and infrastructure are our exclusive property. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering any part of the technology is prohibited.
How It Works
4Posts operates on a prepaid generation credit system. You purchase generation packages, and credits are added to your account balance immediately. Each post generation consumes one credit from your balance.
No Subscriptions or Recurring Charges
We do not charge recurring fees or subscriptions. You only pay when you purchase generation credits, and your balance never expires. There are no automatic renewals or hidden charges.
Refunds
Refunds for purchased generation credits are available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits only. Credits that have been consumed cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed by our third-party payment provider and may require approval. Once approved, funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method.
To request a refund, contact our support team at help.4posts@gmail.com. A refund request may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or if credits have already been used.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by third‑party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and comply with industry security standards.
- You authorize 4Posts to send content to your Telegram chat via your bot token on your behalf.
- Bot tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish content and fetch stats.
- Scheduling is best‑effort. We attempt delivery at the scheduled time but do not guarantee exact delivery times or successful delivery in all cases.
- You are responsible for complying with Telegram’s terms and any applicable platform rules.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Defects will be corrected
You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Posts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other reasons. You may also delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to the extent not preempted by mandatory law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration where permitted.
